Thursday April 19, 2011 at the

Outdoor Activity Center

1442 Richland Road, Atlanta GA 30310

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

In January 2005, Get the Dirt Out began as an investigation by the Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper of Georgia’s erosion and sediment controls for construction sites and the resulting improvement to water quality.

West Atlanta watershed Alliance is interested in expanding the campaign to address the problems caused by increasing amounts of impervious surface and rainwater. Erosion and sedimentation is causing serious problems for the water quality in urban streams and rivers.
